About the role
As a Business Transformation Analyst at ProActys, you are at the intersection of strategy and execution. You work closely with client teams to understand how their organisations operate today — then design the future-state processes, operating models, and technology integrations that will take them where they want to go.
Your work spans process analysis, requirements engineering, change management, and AI use-case identification. You are comfortable running stakeholder workshops one day and modelling process flows or drafting a business case the next. You thrive when complexity needs to become clarity.
Key responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN, value-stream mapping, and lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture business requirements, pain points, and strategic objectives
Develop data-driven business cases with cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for transformation initiatives
Design future-state operating models that integrate AI, automation, and digital tools into existing business workflows
Support AI use-case discovery and prioritisation — translating business needs into structured problem statements for the technical team
Create change management plans, communication strategies, and adoption roadmaps to ensure smooth transitions
Track KPIs and success metrics throughout transformation programmes, reporting progress to project sponsors and steering committees
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or transformation project management
Strong proficiency in process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and translating complex business requirements into actionable project plans
Solid understanding of digital transformation trends — including AI, RPA, cloud migration, and data-driven decision-making
Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong plus
Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship
Nice to have
Experience with AI or automation adoption projects (chatbots, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics)
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their transformation lifecycle
Prior consulting experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or pharma
